Same-day dispatch

Orders placed before 3:30pm Sydney time (AEST/AEDT) on a business day will typically be dispatched the same day. This applies to in-stock items only. We cannot guarantee same-day dispatch in all cases — for example, high order volumes, public holidays, or stock checks may mean your order is dispatched the next business day. If your order will take longer, we will contact you where possible.

Weekends and public holidays are excluded. “Same-day dispatch” means leaving our warehouse the same day; delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

Delivery timeframes

Please allow approximately 2–10 working days for delivery once your order has been dispatched. Regional and remote areas may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details when your parcel leaves our warehouse where available.

  • Standard — Allow 2–14 days delivery, depending on your address.
  • Express — Available on request; allow 1–5 days depending on location. Contact your branch or contact us for options.

Carriers

We use trusted courier and freight partners to deliver across Australia, including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Startrack and other carriers. If you have a preferred carrier or urgent delivery requirements, please mention this when placing your order or get in touch.

Universal Bearing Company is not responsible for goods sent to an incorrect address. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of order.

Stock & backorders

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Items not in stock may take an extra 5–7 days (or more for specialist lines). We will advise you if there is a delay.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item:

  • Contact your branch or contact us to arrange a return. Returns are subject to our terms and must be in re-saleable condition in original packaging where applicable.
  • Items that have been fitted, used contrary to instructions, or damaged may not be eligible for credit.
  • Correct installation includes verifying that the product is correct prior to fitting. If an item has been installed, it may not be eligible for return.
